We are a USA-based company and we produce our foam in the USA and in Mexico. Our covers are made in China. We assemble our products in the USA.

- Yourigami play furniture physically unfolds into pieces of magical exploration, encouraging a hands-on experience for you and your children to build, knock down, and rebuild scenes of adventure (or relaxation) from your wildest imaginations. However, we strongly advise that the Yourigami play furniture should not be used without adult supervision. Our products are not intended for children 3 years old and younger.
- Our sets of play furniture are designed for best use in open spaces. Use caution when playing on hard surfaces. We suggest keeping your building close to the ground. Remember that the foam pieces are naturally bendable and lightweight. While some play may call for jumping action, be careful not to use the play furniture as a crash pad.

Your play furniture will fully expand within 48 hours of removing the plastic. You might notice some wrinkles in fabric or corners at first. This is due to package compression and should disappear in 1-2 weeks. We recommend using your play furniture as soon as it looks comfy, since movement helps the foam regain its shape.

We recommend that you open and inspect your package within a few weeks of receiving the shipment. This helps ensure that there are no issues with the foam pieces or fabric covers, so you know you’re covered for a good time, whether it be naptime or playtime.

Please store your play furniture in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Exposing your item to excessive heat or humidity may damage it. Each set of Yourigami play furniture comes with configuration suggestions for storage space. You can simply stack all pieces to fit in the corner or inside a closet, or you can unfold everything to fit underneath the bed. Either way, your play furniture will be ready for the next day of adventures and hang-outs.

Unzip and remove the covers to clean. Machine wash with cold water, on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron. Spot clean foam with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash foam. We recommend checking additional care instructions on the sewn-in tag.

Your play furniture was immediately packaged for your protection, which can result in a slight “new” smell once opened. This smell is harmless and disappears quickly.

All of Yourigami’s foam products contain no formaldehyde, no PBDEs, and no ozone depleters (chlorofluorocarbons). Every product is clinically tested and has passed strict regulatory requirements. You can purchase our play furniture online. All foam pieces are compressed into a box for delivery to your doorstep or convenient transportation in most cars.

All our products are sold through select retailers and online merchants. However, our site makes it easy! Once you find a product you’re interested in, click “select a retailer” and select one of the available retailers to be taken directly to its add-to-cart page.

We do not offer replacement covers for any of our play sets at this time. However, we are excited about the idea and hope to have the option available soon!

Yourigami warrants that the fabric and foam material in this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The full details of the warranty are included with each product.

- If a defect that is covered by the warranty occurs, Yourigami will repair or replace (at Yourigami’s option) the defective product. If a replacement is required, Yourigami reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like components are not available.
- Replacements are limited to once during the warranty period. The warranty period is valid from the date of your original purchase; it does not begin again when you receive a replacement. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s use and care instructions may void this Limited Warranty.

If you are considering placing a warranty service claim, please contact Yourigami at 1-888-999-0499 or email us at yourigami@fxi.com. A claim form must be completed and submitted with either a copy of the original purchase receipt that includes proof of purchase date or your packing slip and all law tags. You must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Yourigami facility for: inspection of the warranted product (if requested), return of the product for repair, or replacement of the product. Products had to be purchased at a valid retailer (not through a third party or closeout sale). Products located outside the continental US and Canada are not eligible for replacement.
